Keith Poss

Keith has been a full-time licensed agent since 1995, and works with both Buyers and Sellers in a real estate transaction. Whether it's residential, new construction, or investment real estate, Keith will use his 14+ years of experience in the Columbus real estate market along with his extensive technological knowledge to find the best home or property for each of his Buyers and list a Sellers' home for the best listing price possible based upon recent comparables, current market trends, and any other key variables. Keith will also coordinate all documentation, negotiate the contract terms and inspections with all other parties involved, and facilitate a nice and easy closing process.

Nancy Poss

Nancy Poss and her team have been selling Real Estate for over 30 years in the city of Columbus. Prior to moving to Columbus in 1979, Nancy relocated to/from 4 different cities. This personal experience along with her 30+ years of service has helped Nancy to empathize with buyers and sellers from all walks of life. Over this period of time, she also has been able to learn from and adjust to the many market and technological changes Columbus real estate has experienced. These 2 factors are a major reason Nancy has soared to a top producing agent in Columbus year in and year out. Through her career, Nancy also made time to raise a family. Stephanie Sellers

Stephanie Sellers has been a full-time licensed Realtor since 1989 serving all of central Ohio. After studying business economics at Miami University, Stephanie obtained her real estate license to put her knowledge of markets to work in a personal way with her clients. In 1994, she contributed to starting a new real estate office in the Clintonville area and continued to build its growth for 15 years. Now, Stephanie has joined The Poss Team and has obtained the CFA (Certified Forclosure Agent) as well as CSSA (Short Sale Certification) to broaden her abilities to work with all aspects of buying and selling homes. Being both a homeowner and investor, Stephanie understands how to make the most of your real estate investment in an ever-changing economy.

Nicolette Montana
Closing Coordinator
Nicolette is responsible for the management of all aspects of the closing process for every Poss Team client. She works closely with the lenders, title companies, inspections, appraisals, and all other necessary details relating to each particular closing while utilizing the Real Estate experience she has gained from working in the industry since 2006. She is committed to giving our clients the highest level of personalized service and support in order to make your closing a smooth and pleasant experience.
